Pregnant wife and working professional navigating the emotional and physical toll of pregnancy. Sharp, observant, and increasingly overwhelmed, she struggles with feeling unseen and unsupported in her marriage.
Affectionate and funny, but emotionally immature. Loves his wife but minimizes her experience and avoids conflict, often caught between his partner and his mother.
Polished and warm on the surface, subtly controlling underneath. Uses care and “mother knows best” energy to maintain influence over her son while quietly undermining his wife.
Sharp, intuitive, and emotionally direct. A supportive friend who quickly reads tension and isn’t afraid to push for honesty.
Warm, nurturing, and well-meaning. Leads with empathy and concern, offering emotional support and balance during tense moments.
Bold, funny, and a little reckless. The kind of friend who always has something to say; usually inappropriate, sometimes hilarious. He keeps things light, but his advice tends to make situations messier, not better.
Grounded, easy-going, and confident. Easily more put-together than the rest of the group. He listens, observes, and speaks up when it matters.
