Lead DESCRIPTION: Charles Phelps is a cocky yet rageful convict who has suffered more than one fall from grace. He’s full of high highs and low lows, but never fails to defend his pride. Eventually Charles tries to change his vengeful nature only to be put to the ultimate test of disrespect. SHOOTING DATES: 6/14, 6/15, 6/17, 6/20, 6/21, 6/22, 6/26, 6/29.
