Rate: Session Fee: $1,000/10 Rehearsal/Table Read: $150, if applicable, for 2 hours; Fitting Fee: $150 day prior; ADR Session, $250, if applicable; Usage Fee: $3,500 payment if in final edit; "Social Bump" $200 payment if OCP appears in final edit; Travel days, if applicable: $500, per day; Haircut, if applicable: up to $150, with submission of receipt.
