About the project: Arachne: The First Spider is a short film drawn from the ancient Greek myth of Arachne, centered on the young weaver whose extraordinary talent and defiance bring her into direct conflict with Athena. Conceived as a disciplined adaptation grounded in classical tradition, the project seeks to preserve the severity, beauty, and symbolic force of the original myth rather than dilute it through casual revision. The result is a mythic drama concerned with creation, arrogance, judgment, and metamorphosis. Rate: Non union. Paid roles.
