(Supporting) The corner guy who recruits John — but he’s not a villain. He’s a man who knows exactly what he’s doing and does it anyway. Restrained, calm, physical presence. Do not play this as a type.
(Supporting) Deuce’s right hand. The one who tells John he’s too smart for this — while still standing on the same corner. Self-aware complicity.
(Supporting) John’s teacher. Quietly notices John in a way no one else does. Underplaying is everything in this role.
