Key Responsibilities: Bridal Styling & Sales Guide brides, mothers of the wedding, and prom clients through personalized styling appointments Deliver exceptional customer experiences that lead to confident purchasing decisions Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling Content Creation & Brand Support Capture engaging in-store photo and video content regularly Assist with content creation for Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing campaigns Identify opportunities to showcase new arrivals, events, and customer moments Boutique Operations Support appointment flow and daily boutique organization Maintain merchandising presentation and store standards Assist with client follow-up and operational tasks as needed Qualifications: Strong sales and customer service experience required; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Passion for fashion, styling, and client experience Comfortable creating photo/video content for social media Experience with Instagram and TikTok preferred Bridal, fashion retail, luxury retail, or special occasion experience is an asset. Schedule Requirements: 20–25 hours per week. Mandatory Saturdays required year-round Sundays required during peak season (October–April).
