He cooks a mean oxtail stew and genuinely loves that boy, he just can’t see what’s actually coming. And that blind spot costs him everything.
She pulls up. She shoves the kid out. She drives away. She doesn’t get out of the car. Two minutes of screen time. Years of history in every line.
