Rate: $225 for the day, no additional reimbursement for travel or parking Lunch, snacks, and water provided Additional info: Casting a TV commercial for a regional restaurant chain, designed to look and feel like an authentic early‑1960s beach party. Shoot Details Target shoot date: May 13 from 9am - 5pm Location: Santa Cruz area (exact location/time TBD pending permits and crew) Duration: Full‑day shoot Wardrobe: Summer / beach attire; talent will be in bathing suits and beachwear for most scenes. Most male talent will be shirtless in at least one scene; women will wear vintage‑inspired swimsuits (reference photos will be provided). There are no shots in the ocean. Comfort: Between takes, talent may wear sweats, hoodies, etc. if the weather is cool. Wardrobe: If you don’t already own something acceptable a stipend/allowance will be given for approved purchases. Talent keeps any wardrobe used in the spot. After casting, all selected talent (men and women) will be asked to share photos of the outfits they plan to wear for approval. Look & Styling Overall feel: A 1960s surf‑movie beach party. Hairstyles: Conservative styles that can be easily shaped into 60s‑appropriate looks. A stylist will be on set to help refine hair into era‑accurate styles (we’re enhancing, not doing total fixes). Visible tattoos/piercings: Minimal and easily covered; we will not be casting talent with large or hard‑to‑cover tattoos. When applying, please include: A recent full‑body photo (shorts, t‑shirt, or bathing suit ideal) A clear, recent shot of your face (no sunglasses).
