Here is the buy info: TALENT LICENSE USAGE TERMS Brand: Virginia Lottery Materials : All Advertising materials for the 2026 Millionaire for Life TV/GSTV/Online Campaign Media : Broadcast & Gas Station TV (Virginia Only), Internet, OOH, Social Media (Paid & Unpaid), New Media/ In App, OTT/Streaming, Industrial, PR, Cinema, Internal. Term : 3 months from first use with the exception of social media and third party non-downloadable sites, PR, Editorial, Agency and/or Client reels and award show use, where term is perpetuity for client owned websites and social property / passively in feed including YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok. Optional Term(s): - Additional non-consecutive three months terms at a 10% increase as the original usage fee. Territory : Worldwide for internet by nature of the medium, Geo-gated to Virginia only on broadcast/streaming/paid platforms.
