Additional info: Approximately 10–15 hours per month. Flexible scheduling. Arrangement: open to a part-time W-2 employee or 1099 contractor. Some in-person time may be needed for filming. What You'll Do Film short video clips during scheduled sessions with the CEO. Edit video for LinkedIn posts and Instagram Reels. Design simple graphics and visual posts using Canva or similar tools. Manage a monthly content calendar and handle scheduling and posting. Engage with comments and relevant accounts to grow the audience. Share a brief monthly recap of what's performing and what's not. What We're Looking For Experience creating content for a business, brand, or professional, not just personal accounts. Comfortable with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Organized and self-directed — able to manage a content calendar without constant check-ins. Strong communicator who can work with a busy executive on a lean schedule. LinkedIn content experience is a plus. Familiarity with WordPress, tech, or B2B services is a bonus but not required.
