Additional information: The company is looking for a true Content Creator to build and lead our content strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes storytelling and knows how to turn strategy into compelling written & video content that stands out. You understand the GTM ecosystem, can speak fluently to RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership, and know how content can drive meaningful results in B2B SaaS. Responsibilities: Develop a content strategy that aligns with company's goals, product roadmap, and customer lifecycle; Plan and execute a content calendar that emphasizes storytelling with outcomes tied to quarterly goals; Own and execute The Revenue Execution Podcast + Blog; Produce and script engaging video content (short-form, interviews, podcast, educational clips, thought leadership etc.); Turn customer insights into narrative-driven content that resonates with GTM teams; Create high-quality content across web, blog, email, social, that builds awareness and drives engagement; Repurpose long-form content for multi-channel distribution; Optimize content for AEO and organic growth opportunities; Partner with Product Marketing to translate product value into compelling stories and resources; Test and refine messaging, topics, and formats based on data and audience insights; Drive employee advocacy by developing content and frameworks that empower the Accord team to actively post and engage on socials. Requirements: 4+ years experience in content marketing/content creation or a similar role. Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and business impact You’re a natural storyteller with strong writing and editing skills You have an analytical mindset and think in terms of pipeline and revenue impact High ownership and bias for action Startup experience an asset.
