The Total Buyout Compensation for this project is $8,875.00 + 20% Agent’s Fee, providing an exclusive 3-year buyout from the date of initial distribution. This buyout is structured into two installments as follows: Year 1 Payment: $4,437.50 + 20% Agent’s Fee. Trigger: Due upon Initial Media Distribution (IMD), defined as the first date the content is released, aired, or otherwise made available to the public in any media format. Condition: This payment is "To Be Paid Only If Used." If the footage is not distributed or utilized in any public-facing capacity during the 2026 calendar year, no usage fee shall be due. 2nd Payment (due 1 year after IMD): $4,437.50 + 20% Agent’s Fee. Exclusivity : Insurance P&C (home, renters, auto) Insurance, Banking (including Credit Cards), Life Insurances). Media: Industrial, Still Photography, Digital (including but not limited to – traditional, streaming, social, gaming/virtual/emerging platforms), Territory: North America, including its territories and Canada, except Digital which is worldwide Option Renewal Term 1: Additional 1-year after expiration of initial term 1 (at end of year 3): $4,437.50. Option Renewal Term 2: Additional 1-year after expiration of Option Term 1: $4,437.50. Additional info: Non-union. Audition type: self-tapes/virtual. This project films in Orlando.
