Casting Performers for "All's Well That Ends Well" Play
"All's Well That Ends Well" stage play in need of cast. Please see the breakdown below. About the project: Love is rarely simple in this witty and adventurous comedy by William Shakespeare. When the brilliant and determined Helena cures the King of France, she is granted the right to choose her husband—and selects the noble but reluctant Bertram. Determined to win his love despite his resistance, Helena embarks on a daring journey that tests loyalty, identity, and the limits of devotion. Blending romance, deception, and sharp humor, All's Well That Ends Well is one of Shakespeare's most intriguing "problem plays," filled with bold women, reluctant heroes, clever disguises, and unexpected twists. This production will celebrate the play's wit, emotional depth, and adventurous spirit in an energetic outdoor staging for modern audiences. Rate: A stipend will be provided to all actors. Additional info: Please prepare 10–15 lines of a Shakespearean monologue (dramatic or comedic). Auditioners should be prepared to read sides from the script during the audition. Actors are encouraged to attend auditions in person. If you are unable to attend, you may submit a video audition: see the attachment. Call Back: April 22, 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM. Rehearsals will run April 27 through July 9, 2026. Rehearsals will typically be held Sunday through Friday evenings, with Thursdays and Saturdays off. Not all actors will be called for every rehearsal. A detailed rehearsal schedule will be provided after casting. Actors must be available for all scheduled performances and should make every effort to attend rehearsals when called. Actors will not be called every day, but will be expected to attend if needed. Full attendance is required during the final week of rehearsals and for all technical rehearsals. June will be a traveling month for the troupe, with rehearsals being at all various performance venues to adjust blocking, logistics, and technical equipment as needed. This is for the actor's benefit, to help them acclimate to the space and get used to performing in various venues. This production will primarily rehearse on the North Fork/East End of Long Island and tour several outdoor venues throughout Suffolk County. Actors should be comfortable performing outdoors during the summer season. Company is committed to inclusive casting and encourages performers of all backgrounds, ethnicities, gender identities, and abilities to audition. If you are interested, please apply.
