Theater Audition for "It's How I Know" Play

ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking performers for "It's How I Know" play. Please, see the details below. About the play: "It's how I know" is a compilation of vignettes that raise the question: What is love? This Edmonton Fringe show dances with the theme of love and how love manifests itself in day-to-day life. Rate: TBD (a portion of the profit from the show). Additional information: LOCATION: Edmonton, AB. AUDITION DATE: April 18, 2026. PERFORMANCE DATES: August 13-23, 2026. REHEARSALS: TBD (based off cast availability). The play contains mature subject matter and so only actors 21+ will be considered. Auditions will be 10 minute slots with the exact times and location specified in a follow up email. AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: Please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue. You will also be asked to try a cold read during the audition (a line reader will be present for you to work off of). The deadline for submissions is April 9th, 2026. When applying, please submit resume and head shot with the subject "Edmonton Fringe 2026 - it's how i know - Auditions". If you are unable to attend the audition date in person, self tapes will also be accepted.
