Fees include the GST required for Canadian payments. If there is an agency fee it must be worked within this rate structure if the talent is repped. This structure ensures the final payable CAD amount matches the converted USD rate exactly while still accounting for the 5% GST. Session Fee: $4,242.86 + 5% GST = $4,455.00 CAD/12hrs. Usage Fee: $21,342.86 + 5% GST = $22,410.00 CAD (guaranteed). Fitting Fee: $1,067.14 + 5% GST = $1,120.50 CAD. Treatment Fee: $2,121.43 + 5% GST = $2,227.50 CAD. Possible renewal options (if applicable): $21,342.86 + 5% GST = $22,410.00 CAD. Talent will be getting injectable treatment locally if chosen and production will provide up to CAD $2,500 stipend for non-Vancouver talent to travel in for the shoot. Additional information: Remote Callback: 3/20 & 3/23 (TBD). Talent scheduled for treatment appointments: 3/23-3/27 (allows ~2 weeks to settle before shoot). Fitting & Shoots: Week of 4/12 TBD. Usage: Video & Stills, and Before-And-After shoots Usage Period: 3 years from the first transmission date of TBC (“Usage Period”). Territory: Worldwide Media: All forms of internet, digital media and all forms of social media now known or invented in the future, including but not limited to footage/lifts/stills from the commercial and or shoot on banners, mobile applications and interactive variations. All forms of print including but not limited to newspapers, magazines, and leaflets. All forms of Out Of Home Indoor/Outdoor events including conferences, fairs, trade shows and presentations.
