"Funny Girl" Musical Looking for Equity Performers
In need of Equity actors for roles in Playhouse's season show "Funny Girl". Please review the breakdown provided below. Rate: LOA $640 weekly minimum (Ref. to COST) - 2025 rate Housing included. Additional info: Audition lunch 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. PREPARATION: Please prepare a short selection in the style or from the show. You may also prepare two very short contrasting pieces. Mezzo-Soprano. The star of the Ziegfeld Follies on Broadway with a wonderful sense of humor. Former ‘ugly duckling’. From New York’s lower east side, quirky, fearless, comedic finesse, acting range from impassioned teen to major star. Must be a strong mover.
Lead Baritone. Good-looking but unsuccessful gambler. A gambler and the love of Fanny’s life, suave, sophisticated, and charming; Has a strong middle range voice.
