Content Creator Needed for TikTok Videos
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking a content creator for upcoming project. Please, see the details below. Additional information: This is a creator role and a community management role — and directors don't see those as separate things. You know a perfect reply in a trending thread can outperform a planned post. You know that showing up in someone's comments builds more brand affinity than any carousel ever will. You'll be making content and managing conversations across platforms every shift. If you think community management is beneath you, this isn't the right fit. You must be camera-ready. Greenscreen reactions, TikTok-native takes, quick Reels with your face and voice. This is non-negotiable. You don't need to be a polished presenter — you need to be natural, quick and unafraid to have an opinion on camera. If nobody on a shift is willing to get on screen, the team loses an entire content lane for that window. You need to love sports and live in the culture. Pop culture, music, nostalgia, internet humor — the brand operates at the intersection of all of it. You're the kind of person who gets the references without being briefed. You follow sports closely enough to have opinions, know the story-lines and react to a game moment in real time. Experience with sports betting culture is a must. AI is part of your daily workflow. You'll use Claude and Gemini for copy, Hedra for video, ElevenLabs for audio and Figma for rapid visual production. These aren't experiments — they're your everyday tools. You need to be proficient from day one. What you bring: You live online and it shows. You have a portfolio or personal accounts that prove you can write sharp copy, make visual content fast and engage authentically in real time. You're fluent across most of these platforms and willing to learn the rest quickly: X, Instagram (feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Reddit and Telegram. You report to the Social Producer & Content Lead. Hours: Rotating shifts — 11am–6pm EST and 6pm–1am EST, 5 days on/2 days off. Schedule set 2 weeks in advance. Evening shifts are heavier by design — that's when games are live and the content moves fastest so they are shorter. During major events (tournament windows, NFL Sundays and playoffs, etc.) expect heavier coverage. When applying, please submit your resume and your primary social handles (especially X, TikTok or Instagram). Include 3 links to sports content you created or posted in real time — live reactions, game-night threads, memes that hit during a moment, whatever shows how you think and move when it matters.
