Content Creator Job for Social Media Projects

Seeking content creators for a company. Please find the details below. Rate: $100,000–$200,000 + equity. Additional info: Location: San Francisco, CA (in-office preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates in US time zones willing to travel regularly) What will you lead? All organic content across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, newsletter, and blog, including thought leadership and product/feature launch content — strategy, calendar, distribution, and iteration Contractors pipeline: hire and manage writers, editors, designers, and creators; create briefs; ensure high-quality output and deadlines are met Video production: direct vendors for launch videos and testimonial/customer videos (briefs, scripts, review, delivery) Asset repurposing: turn every asset into many (threads, clips, posts, email, blog) with quality control What skills do we expect you to have?
