The Jury Experience - Cincinnati
The Jury Experience is a 60-minute scripted play presented as a live courtroom trial. The audience serves as the jury, and the show features alternative endings based on their verdict. Each understudy will cover two roles, and one script; either Death on the Port Side or Death by AI. We are looking for non-Eq actors able to work as Cincinnati, OH locals. Death by AI Rehearsals: 9 hours between February 16-23 in Cincinnati Death on the Port Side Rehearsals: TBD March dates in Cincinnati Pickup Rehearsals: Scheduled on cast / crew availability prior to each show date Death on the Port Side Show Dates March 26 (6:00 & 8:30pm) May 22 (6:00 & 8:30pm) Death by AI Show Dates February 28 (6:00 &8:30pm) March 19 (6:00 & 8:30pm) April 12 (3:00 & 5:30pm) June 7 (3:00 & 5:30pm) Compensation: Rehearsals: $18/hour Show Rate: $80 per show day. If performer is called to go on, show rate increases to $340 per show day.

Will cover two roles, PROSECUTOR - SCOTT DAVIS and DEFENDANT - ANTHONY HULMER SCOTT DAVIS: A passionate defender of humanistic justice, combining empathy and ethical conviction with meticulous legal strategy. Calm, persuasive, and disarmingly warm, he excels at connecting with the jury. ANTHONY HULMER: A brilliant but arrogant AI engineer with utilitarian beliefs and total confidence in his work. Self-assured, eloquent, and dismissive of those who don't understand his vision.
Will cover two roles: JUDGE - KELLY THOMPSON and DEFENSE ATTORNEY - CLIVE PARSONS JUDGE : A seasoned judge who values logic over emotion but secretly delights in the theatricality of court. Sharp, grounded, occasionally wry. Always quoting a Stoic. Must hold authority without intimidation. CLIVE PARSONS: A charming, weary lawyer who has seen too much spin and not enough truth. Cynical but human. Has defended terrible people, but always learned to like them. Skilled at redirecting emotion.
