Nora is a cold, calculated and prideful workaholic who believes her job/performance is her life's purpose and sole value. She expects the best of herself and nothing less, to the extent of enduring 'corrective' punishment from her boss. Despite her devotion to excellence, Nora ignores the toxicity of her environment and takes what's thrown at her, because in her mind it is a test to her character.
