About the project: "A Date to Remember" is a musical comedy following two lifelong best friends, Charlie and Johnny. When Johnny unexpectedly shows up at Charlie’s home seeking help to talk to the woman he believes he loves, Charlie steps in to rebuild Johnny’s confidence through motivation, friendship, and song and dance. Inspired by Singin’ in the Rain, La La Land, and classic sitcom energy, the tone can be described as imagining Joey and Ross from Friends in a short musical. Rate: Compensation includes credit and copy Free food, snacks, drinks, and lunch provided on set Additional info: Shooting Dates: March 28–30/3–6 hour shoot days Location: Boise State University Campus If interested, follow the audition requirements: Perform one provided side (memorization preferred but not required) Prepare a Broadway song of your choice Perform a minimum one-minute snippet (full song not required)
