Jock is stoic and focused, but a bit lost. On the surface, he's got it all together, but there's a free spirit inside of him dying to get out. He's stuck between the weight of who he used to be and the fear of becoming someone he's not.

A lovable "good ol' boy" with a heart of gold and a laugh that can fill a lake. Loyal, emotionally available, and down for whatever, he's the kind of friend you want in your corner.

Sweet, bubbly, and a little spacey, Jenn brings warmth and softness to the group. She may miss the occasional social cue or say the wrong thing at the wrong time, but her heart is always in the right place.

Emily is smart, magnetic, and emotionally guarded. She uses humor and sarcasm as armor, but underneath is someone deeply thoughtful and quietly wounded. She's recently out of a relationship, and resisting the urge to play it safe.

Katie is Emily's best friend and emotional co-pilot. She's witty, sharp-tongued, and fiercely loyal. She knows Emily better than anyone and isn't afraid to push her or protect her.

Jock's brother is a small-town screw-up with a deep well of love for his younger sibling. He masks his insecurities with bravado. He's messy, loud, and full of guilt.
