Quiet, composed boom mic operator. Deeply caring but emotionally guarded. Her unresolved history with Alex fuels unspoken tension and avoidance.

Awkward, observant freshman. A passionate journalist whose quiet presence hides sharp intentions tied closely to the unfolding events on set.
Headstrong and passionate film school friend of Cameron’s and the film’s original gaffer. After leaving the production, he becomes actively involved in school-wide protests. Speaks from emotion first, leading to brutally—and often problematically—honest moments.
Main male actor in the in-universe thesis film. A conceited theatre kid—snarky, sarcastic, and convinced he’s the best, even when he forgets his lines. Beneath the ego is an essential charm and humor.
