About the project: A Kingdom Between Us is a short film featuring the Princess of Bloomhaven, Amelia, who struggles to get through to her father, King Elijah, about not having a suitor and the importance of becoming the Queen without a man in charge. However, due to his fear of change, he never listens. With her struggles with her father, she was also hiding a secret from him. Amelia is in love with her personal guard/knight, Lady Freya, which only ignites her dream more to be Queen. She believes she can be as important as a king and can fulfill the same duties for the kingdom. She is brave and only fears losing Amelia. She is very protective of Amelia and is charming and not afraid to fight for who she loves and is overall just a strong and knightly woman to be around.
A bigger built man with short dark hair with a large crown on his head. He is blinded by tradition and his fear of change, and is overall cowardly and emotional. He's kind of hot-headed but also tries to be a good dad and cares a lot about his daughter, Amelia, just fearful of their royal reputation.
An older woman with greyish-blonde hair. A kind woman who is the co-owner of a food vendor stand with her wife, Maria. She is soft-spoken and compassionate and is one of the village members in the kingdom of Bloomhaven.
