About the project: Synopsis: Step into the decadent and dazzling Kit Kat Club, where the world of 1930s Berlin comes alive in a swirl of glitter and grit. Against the backdrop of a city teetering on the edge of darkness, Cabaret tells a powerful story of love, politics, and survival. Featuring unforgettable music, provocative themes, and stunning choreography, this iconic musical explores humanity’s resilience in the face of rising uncertainty. Directed by Angelo Cerniglia, Cabaret is an unforgettable theatrical experience that promises to thrill and move audiences like never before. Additional info: Callbacks: (as needed) Sunday, February 22 at 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. You'll be asked to sing from the show and sheet music will be provided ahead of time. This also applies to any readings we might ask for too. Please prepare to sing, acapella, 16-32 bars of any musical theatre song that best shows off your voice! Dress in comfortable attire for learning and performing a short section of choreography that will be taught to you during your audition time. Please review the rehearsal schedule below and bring conflicts to the audition Print a copy of your theatrical resume. Headshots are not required but are very much appreciated. The production team encourages actors of all races, ethnicities, identities, abilities, experience levels, etc. to audition -- all are welcome!
