Additional information: In this role, you'll create engaging content that showcases our products and solutions across various platforms, helping to build the brand presence and engage with the community. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic social media growth plans across platforms Create engaging video content (including talking head videos) that showcases product use cases for social media platforms Develop ready-made advocacy content for employees to share across their networks Produce creative content for organic social media campaigns that drives engagement and growth Support the production of onboarding videos and product teasers (30-second clips) Craft compelling copy tailored to different social media platforms Help explain complex AI solutions in accessible, engaging ways Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategic decisions and report on performance Identify and engage with industry influencers to expand brand awareness.
