Movie Role in Upcoming Production in DC

About the project: These films focus on ethical decision making for a variety of companies including the FBI, DHHS, The Military, Colleges and High schools around the country, a lot of corporations, and many others. Our films have helped people navigate things such as sexual harassment, discrimination, suicide prevention, prescription drug abuse prevention, just to name a few topics. Rate: The rate for this project is $200 for the first 4 hours of filming (if you work 5 mins or 4 hours, you get a flat $200). Any time after that is hourly at $40 an hour. So if you work a 6-hour day, you make $200+$80=$280 for the day. Directors provide 1 meal on set for every 6 hours of the filming day. Craft Services are provided at all times. Since this is a local filming, they will not be providing any travel or housing. You may be asked to do a rehearsal either in person or on zoom which directors would pay $50 for. Additional info: The film will be shot locally to the DC/MD/VA area. Directors are looking to film for about 3 weeks, starting at either the end of February or the beginning of March. Most of the film will be shot in an office environment, but some ancillary locations such as restaurants, bars, and homes, will be filmed as well. (Lead) Character Jason is the senior leader at the company we are working in. He is trying to navigate what he thought was an ethical company but as he looks deeper he sees where his blind spots are.
(Lead) Character David works in the Sales department under manager Bill. He is a hard worker but has noticed when Bill is on his off hours with co-workers outside of the office he tends to drink and get handsy with his co-workers
(Lead) Character Mei is in our underwriting department and wants to move up. Her boss Ron has taken an interest and starts to cross a lot of lines.
(Lead) Character Stella is in our claims department and works with a great team. Her team has a group chat that gets out of hand and she needs to figure out how to address it.
(Lead) Character Marty is a new account manager with the company, he has come up from an office down south. He is made fun of for his turns of phrase and way of speaking. MUST BE ABLE TO DO A SOLID AMERICAN SOUTHERN ACCENT.
(Lead) Character Elliott is an international worker who communicates with his team over zoom. He has a boss that is being very abusive to her team and must figure out how to respond. This character is from another country. We are looking for someone with a strong native or natural German accent, but could also be from another country outside of North America with an accent from that area.
Supporting Cast Caroline is one of our account managers. She has been working at the company for a while and gotten used to the way things are. She starts to make fun of newcomer Marty for having a southern accent.
Supporting Cast Jose is one of our account managers. He has been working at the company for a while and gotten used to the way things are. He starts to make fun of newcomer Marty for having a southern accent.
Supporting Cast Kevin works in underwriting and is close friends with Stella. he is part of the group on the text chain that starts to go too far.
Supporting Cast Olivia works with David and under Bill. She is the one who is being sexually harassed when Bill is drunk outside of work.
Supporting Cast He is in charge of a team, but when he goes out with them he drinks too much and gets pretty handsy.
Supporting Cast He is Mei's supervisor and takes advantage of his position to get to know Mei on a more personal level.
Supporting Cast John is a project manager in another country who is working with Jason. Jason makes a comment that is fine in American culture but has a terrible meaning in this country's culture and is greatly offended. We are looking for someone with a strong native or natural African nation accent, but could also be from another country outside of North America with an accent from that area.
Supporting Cast She is in charge of a team of people from various countries. She is very aggressive and direct to the point of offensiveness.
