Actors needed for "The Whitcher Miracle" short film. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. About the project: PROJECT SYNOPSIS: A faith-based retelling of a true story. In 1786, Sarah Whitcher, a three-year-old girl from Warren, NH, was lost in the woods for over three days. A man from Plymouth named Mr. Heath dreamed three times exactly where he would find her, guarded by a bear. After walking twenty miles from Plymouth to Warren, he indeed found the girl exactly where his dream said he would. There was no bear in sight, but Sarah claimed that a “big, black dog stopped with me every night.” Rate: Unfortunately, an unpaid project. Lodging and meals provided. Additional info: PRODUCTION DATES: Shoots May 17-20. Some characters will only be needed for one or two of the shooting days.
