We’re casting hosts who can handle being the most talked-about person in the room. This is not a safe influencer role. This is a LIVE, reality-style internet show where opinions collide and neutrality doesn’t survive. Hosts are expected to take clear positions, stand on them LIVE, and defend their perspective as the audience reacts in real time. Viewers don’t just watch — they influence the room. Polls, chat energy, and engagement decide who stays in control and who ends up in the hot seat. Opposing viewpoints and surprise challengers are built in to create friction. This is a visibility-forward role. Strong opinions attract strong reactions. Hosts must be comfortable being discussed, clipped, debated, and reacted to. If you fade into the background, this isn’t the role. The show only works when someone is willing to be the main character — even when it’s uncomfortable. Compensation is performance-based and tied to LIVE engagement, gifting, growth, and bonus opportunities.

You’ll engage directly with viewers, handle opposing viewpoints, manage tension, and keep energy high. The role requires confidence, quick thinking, and comfort being talked about, challenged, and clipped. This is a performance-based role built around visibility, engagement, and on-camera presence.
