Additional info: The Schedule & Rates: Tuesday, Jan 6th: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM ($250 + Parking) Thursday, Jan 8th: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM ($100 + Parking) Note: Potential for more hours as the schedule fills. The Deliverables: Video: 9:16 vertical capture on iPhone (entire session length for archival). Photo: 15–20 high-res stills shot on a Sony Alpha series (A7III/A7IV/A7SIII preferred). Focus on composition, lighting, and "power shots" of the speaker. Delivery: Immediate hand-off of assets via AirDrop (iPhone) and SD Card transfer/Dropbox (Sony) post-session. Requirements: Gear: iPhone (14 Pro or newer) + Sony Alpha Camera (with 24-70mm. Experience working with C-Suite executives. Must be professional, punctual, and invisible in the room.
