Lead. A young music producer whose quiet diligence masks creative frustration. Sensitive but stuck, she longs for something genuine in an industry that she feels has lost its heart. Jess often figures it's better to just stay quiet than to stand up for herself... That is until she meets Baron and simply can't help herself but speak her mind.
Principal. Music studio employee who never shook off his high school football years. Entitled and not here to create a "safe space".
Supporting. Deeply insecure, talking loud and fast to stay ahead of being vulnerable. Despite his attempts, his authority never quite fits, much like the ill-chosen tie he keeps wearing.
Principal. Gabe has little patience for ego or incompetence. He doesn't cover his steps, nor will he hesitate to slip the occasional cruel comment or two.
