Seeking content creators for creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X, managing posting schedules, and supporting our team at pop-ups and events. More information is provided below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Rate: $45K/yr - $48K/yr. Additional information: What You’ll Do Create engaging, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, TikToks, stories, graphics, captions) that resonates with cannabis consumers. Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X. Attend brand pop-ups, dispensary activations, and events to support the Sales and Marketing teams while capturing live content. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a brand-appropriate way. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to execute campaigns, product launches, and retail promotions. Track content performance and share insights to help improve reach and engagement. Stay current on cannabis culture, social media trends, and platform updates — knowing what’s trending and what’s compliant. Looking For 1–2 years of experience in social media/content creation. Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar). Strong writing skills with an ability to match tone to cannabis culture and brand voice. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple platforms and schedules. A collaborative team player who can take direction but also bring creative energy and new ideas. Comfortable working at events and dispensary activations, interacting with customers, and creating on-the-spot content. Comfortable behind the camera and in front of it, if needed. Passionate about cannabis culture and curious about its community, products, and evolving trends.
