Commitment: 10–20 hours/week. Role Responsibilities: Analyze humanities texts for interpretive depth and argumentative structure. Synthesize themes across time periods, movements, or cultural contexts. Interpret primary sources and connect them to broader historical or philosophical arguments. Evaluate causal reasoning in topics such as reform, identity, and power dynamics. Provide concise, well-structured written explanations grounded in source material. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree or higher in History, Philosophy, Cultural Studies, or a related field. Proven experience in academic writing, source interpretation, or historical analysis. Strong ability to connect abstract concepts with concrete historical examples.
