Synopsis: A bitter young woman’s supernatural dreams takes her on a journey through her past, present, and future, that forces her to confront childhood trauma and renew her faith in Christmas. Rate: TBD. All background roles are unpaid. No travel, gas, lodging, or per diem is provided. Snacks and drinks will be available on set; bring your own lunch. Additional info: This is a non-union, ultra micro-budget production. This is a local-hire only production. Travel, lodging, and per diem are not provided. Only apply if you are able to work as a local hire in the Washington, D.C./Maryland area. Rehearses between December 26-January 7 remotely; shoots (tentative) between January 8-17, 2026 in the Upper Marlboro MD area. For background/extras, this may require several hours or a full day. Nathan admires Angie’s leadership and supports her decisions, serving as a stabilizing force during holiday chaos.
Day player. Mid-20s . Tone: Laid-back, streetwise, funny. Caleb is the cool, easygoing member of the Helps Worldwide team. He has a naturally street-smart vibe and brings humor into stressful moments. He doesn’t take things too seriously on the surface, but he has a big heart and cares about the mission of the organization. Caleb often becomes the person who breaks tension in group scenes — especially at the Christmas party with his playful banter and improvised songs.
