Casting Actors for "Foresight" Short Film
Casting call for short film "Foresight". Actors wanted. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below. About the project: It is about a young man named Trevor who receives a pair of glasses that cure his glaucoma, but give him the ability to see people's interpersonal flaws. Rate: This is a non-paid role(s); however, meals will be provided, and fuel costs will be reimbursed. Additional info: Shooting is expected to commence in February and March. The days will be non-consecutive, likely on Fridays or Saturdays, as we on the cast and crew have jobs and lives, not to mention unpredictable weather. Non-union. The main character, is disabled and cannot speak due to a laryngectomy he had as a child. So a lot of acting with expression is required. He does use sign language in the movie, so knowing ASL beforehand is a bonus, but not a requirement.
He's the only character with actual dialogue. He's a runner. He befriends Trevor, and so his character is reactive.
