(Lead) Is a 17-year-old born blind in one eye due to corneal opacity, making him self-conscious and a frequent target of bullying. Despite his anxiety, he isn’t weak he’s outspoken when pushed, naturally witty, and uses humor to hide his pain. His body overcompensates through extraordinary hearing (up to ~80 kHz), giving him heightened awareness that later becomes a powerful advantage in boxing.
(Lead) To play 16-17 | All Ethnicities | Male Ray is a talented young boxer and the dominant bully at Eddie’s high school. Charismatic, loud, and aggressive, he leads his friends Cedric and Drew, who follow his every move. He regularly mocks and humiliates Eddie, using intimidation to maintain control. A “golden boy gone wrong,” Ray isn’t just a brute he’s one of the best young fighters in the city, driven by fear, pressure, and the belief that boxing is his entire identity.
(Supporting) Nas is a flashy, loud, and arrogantly confident boxer with a long, complicated history with Tomb. Once childhood training partners, now bitter rivals, Nas rose to fame while Tomb fell into isolation after a career-ending incident that Nas played a major part in. He’s charismatic, stylish, and loves attention but beneath the swagger is deep competitiveness and toxicity.
(Supporting) To play 16-17 | All Ethnicities | Male Cedric is Ray’s right-hand man the loyal enforcer of the group who copies Ray’s aggression, confidence, and attitude. He’s loud, mean, and always ready to jump in when Ray bullies Eddie or anyone else. A young boxer with solid talent (though not on Ray’s level), Cedric uses his size and athleticism to intimidate others. He thrives on the power that comes from being part of Ray’s crew.
