About the project: STUDENT THESIS FILM – Bhavesh is a middle-aged man, living with his son and wife, and feels lost as an immigrant in Canada. One day, his son brings home his girlfriend to introduce her. To Bhavesh’s dismay, his wife takes an immediate liking to the girl despite her being Muslim. After some family arguments and dysfunction, they finally come together to celebrate Diwali with the new member. Rate: Non-Union. Volunteer role. Food, crafty and Imdb credit provided.
