A dapper, comical, and suave man of Spanish descent who adores his wife Morticia and takes great pride in his family. He struggles with keeping Wednesday's secret from his wife and has excellent comedic timing.
The elegant, strong-willed matriarch with a dry, dark sense of humor. She is the real head of the household and a strong dancer, concerned that her daughter Wednesday is growing apart from her and that Gomez is hiding something.
The ultimate princess of darkness has grown up and fallen in love with a "normal" boy, Lucas. She has her mother's dry wit and is stuck between her family's traditions and her new life. She has strong pop vocals and a bit of a stubborn streak.
Wednesday's younger brother who loves being tortured by his sister. With Wednesday in love, he is worried about losing his favorite tormentor and tries to interfere in the relationship to keep his sister around. He is a charming, funny, trouble-making boy with high vocals.
The charming, energetic, and child-like narrator of the show. Fester is in love with the moon and acts as a sort of wacky sage for the family, encouraging the other characters to embrace love. He has strong comedic timing and tenor vocals.
A feisty, kooky 102-year-old woman who is wise, wacky, and a bit crass. She is a great character actress role and schemes with Pugsley, offering advice when needed.
The towering Addams family butler. He is a man of very few words, communicating mostly through expressive grunts and moans, but knows all the family secrets. He has a deep bass voice and moves very slowly.
Lucas's stuffy, conservative father and exasperated husband to Alice. He is cynical of the Addams family and life in general, a suburban businessman who once followed the Grateful Dead but lost that side of himself.
Lucas's mother and Mal's wife, a seemingly mousy housewife devoted to her family. She often speaks in rhymes and, after accidentally drinking a potion at dinner, unleashes her wild, truthful side. She has a strong belt voice and is a good comedic actress.
Wednesday's "normal" boyfriend and a hopeful romantic. He has fallen in love with Wednesday and plans to marry her, struggling with the differences between his traditional family and the macabre Addams's.
The ensemble cast who serve as the chorus for the show. They are summoned from the dead at the beginning of the musical and cannot return to their crypt until love triumphs for Wednesday and Lucas. They are strong singer/dancers who help tell the story.
Will potentially be looking for a strong puppeteer for this role.
