About the Project: 3 on Three is a unique dating format where six singles—three men and three women—attempt to form genuine emotional connections without ever seeing one another. Guided only by conversation, a computer screen, and an avatar, contestants engage in structured, revealing discussions that move beyond surface-level dating habits and focus on emotional, spiritual, and values-based compatibility. Across four rounds exploring emotional intelligence, personal growth, core values, and a final life-changing decision, participants share their fears, hopes, and relationship truths in a safe but vulnerable setting. The Female Host leads with empathy and depth, while the Male Host offers clarity, accountability, and strong insight—together creating an environment that encourages authentic connection.
