The company is holding auditions for "The Bomb" Short Film, please see the details below ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: “Danny, a disciplined hitman ready to retire and leave behind a country he no longer respects, takes one final job to clear his debts—training his replacement, Brian, a chronically-online 19 year old dark web prodigy. Their mission—to plant a bomb and destroy a sex tape—unravels when the crypto-wealthy target couple traps them in a lustful scheme of power and pleasure. As the night spirals out of control, Danny must decide whether walking away clean is even possible in a world this f*cked up.” Rate: All cast are volunteer (this may change dependent upon successful grants / crowdfunding). Meals/crafty provided. Copies of work will be available to all cast and crew as well! Additional info: Type of Project: Short Film, 25-page script, crime comedy/thriller -Union or Non-union: Non-Union Production Dates: Slated for January 2026 (3-4 shoot days)(weather/budget dependent. If necessary, late February/early March 2026) Filming Locations: Portland, OR Phillip & Shelley (extra notes) Out of touch, cringy, upper-middle class, married couple. They live a life detached from reality, having both become monetarily successful in their respective fields - which has led them to a sexual lifestyle in which they seek out people of color to fulfill their fantasies. Kissing, hugging, nuzzling, flirtatious chemistry between Shelley & Phillip (but no simulated sex acts). When applying, please include headshots and resumes/reels to the email below. Self-righteous, fully analog, obstinate, resentful. An experienced, by-the-book criminal, who can’t speak up for his needs and feels strangled by societal pressures and analysis. Should be comfortable acting while driving.
(lead) Dark-web / Discord prodigy. People pleaser, chronically online, no authentic personality, but genuine. Full of social commentary, and willing to do just about anything for validation, Brian is the perfect poster child for “male fragility”.
(supporting) Influencer/streamer (singer, painter, tarot reader - jack of all trades, master of none). Lacking any self-awareness, she is simultaneously the most confident/cringiest person in the room. Experience singing, playing guitar, dancing are all pluses!
(supporting) Crypto/finance bro, gambler. He loves the rush and power that affluence has brought them. The (willing) cuck in the sexual dynamic with his wife. Partial nudity (shirtless) for Phillip requested, but not necessary.
