About the project: In 1958, two women share an instantaneous connection in a bookstore, but are unable to meet before a single word is exchanged. Motivated to find the other, they leave clucs on a shelf and share dreams that explore a relationship with one another. Will they find each other? Jen is a graduate student who studies the psychiatric benefits of mushrooms on depression. She has a loud, witty, and playful personality, which enables her to connect with people easily. She also has a strong relationship with her grandfather, partially due to an assumed homophobic immediate family. Portrayed as an androgynous femme in dreams, and femme 50s style in real-world scenes. Rate: Paid. Additional info: Shoots in College Park and Baltimore May and June 2026.
