The story follows Morgan Confronting Joseph over his lease Termination that was signed under false Pretence. Morgan will not leave without a resolution as he never wanted to leave and wants to stay along with the Tenants he is trying to get with of. As Joseph Macdonald leaves to fix the issue Morgan soon notices odd details, a missing neighbor who disappeared over night, blood in his office, and a weird smell. As Morgan looks for clues Joseph takes matter into his own hands and tries to remove him from the earth. Morgan and Avery goes to extreme lengths to expose the Landlord for his corruption even if that means that their own lives are at stake. Rate: Actra MIP. Food And Transportation will be provided. Joseph Macdonald is portrayed to epitomize the unfair and detestable nature of the corruption in Being a landlord. He is indifferent, snide, amoral, disloyal, unscrupulous and inequitable to a fault. He acts nice however he is a murderer that kills his tenants if they do not leave his building. He is dangerous, smart, highly sadistic, narcissistic, and seeks fame for his murders He derives pleasure from toying with his victims, often monologuing to them before attempting to kill them.
Avery is a Detective that has been trailing Joseph movements as a recent murder has occurred from the disappearance of their sibling Josie Kennedy. Avery is Brave, determined, loyal, and all about the law. Avery is also stealthy, and capable of remaining composed under pressure. Avery is Very attentive to detail, calm under pressure, and meticulous.
Renae works with Joseph who is odd and loves staring at people. She is known for her manipulative nature who tries to scare people off and if that does not work sets them up to be taken away by the landlord for Joseph to do the deed. Renae has unpredictable outbursts, and quick judgments that pretends to be calm and reasonable however Renae hides her malice behind a cherry facade she is cunning, brutal, and mentally unstable woman with extreme paranoia.
