About the project: The screenplay, based on the British play by Stephen Clark, tells the story of a late-stage love affair between Alex, a writer, and Emma, an artist. Set in the present day, the narrative is interwoven with flashbacks to the 1980/90s, revealing the formative childhood experiences and traumatic events that shaped their lives.
