Additional information: You'll be a one-person content powerhouse for your region's AnimeOshi account — handling everything from scripting to filming, editing, and day-to-day operations. You're the founding member building this regional presence from the ground up. Responsibilities Write, film, and edit 3–5 short-form videos per week (30s–90s each). Manage your own content calendar and publishing schedule. Collaborate with HQ during the first 3 months to solidify regional strategy and content pillars. Track performance metrics and provide weekly updates using Notion templates. Experiment with hooks, formats, and vibes that resonate with your local audience. You'll Thrive If You Are... A self-starter who can handle scripting, filming, and editing independently. Comfortable being on camera and bringing personality to your content.
