LEAD. Outgoing and friendly with a magnetic personality. Calming presence. Got a good sniffer on her. Can read anyone like a book. A newcomer to the group brought to the gathering by her boyfriend, Freddy.
A more reserved, mild-mannered foil to Tara. Middle child. Rich boy. Desperately yearns for his family and friends’ approval. A pushover almost to a fault. People pleaser through and through.
Freddy’s father and reason for his search for approval. Nothing is ever good enough with him. Business owner with a no nonsense attitude. Means well, but can come off across harsh. Perpetually drunk and tired.
Freddy’s step-mother. Exhausted by her all boy household. Clear headed and common sense driven. Conversation starter and hell bent on everyone being taken care of.
Girlfriend of Freddy’s younger brother, Dean. Doesn’t seem like she would fit with him. Dismissive. Has her opinions but tries to keep to herself. Maybe “locked” in the relationship. Maybe sticks around because she wants the financial stability. Maybe sticks around because she’s absolved into the family. Who knows?
Freddy’s slightly younger and more successful brother. Makes sure Fred knows it. In the family business with his father, Carl. Short fuse. Ego so fragile looking at him wrong might shake it.
A distant relative of the family. Divorced. A strong sense of entitlement. If anything is going wrong, it couldn’t possibly be her fault. Accountability is a foreign language she refuses to learn. Always talking about her ex husband. Brought her kids along.
Carl’s younger brother. Way less successful. Rosy cheeks and greying hair. The physical embodiment of a yes-man. Follows around in Carl’s footsteps around like a puppy dog.
Rich’s husband. Strong man. Tough persona. Open carries. Wears the pants in the relationship. Aggressively confident. Judgmental of everyone present. Makes his opinions loud and known.
Bear’s only girl. Her parents coddle her. No sense of self. She pretends to like everyone, but truly only likes herself. A problem starter through and through. Twists people’s words against one another. Wants to see the world burn.
Carl’s sister. Married to Teddy. They’re all over one another. She’s successful. Married successful. The human personification of an antique store. Painfully oblivious to her children and all their faults. But, she’s sweet and charming. Can’t help but love her but also find her extremely strange.
Bear’s husband. They love one another almost to a fault. It’s all they can focus on. And sometimes all anyone else can focus on. The type of couple to finish each other’s sentences. And they do. Overall, sweet and charming.
Bear’s son. Looks just like Junior. Echoes of the same person behavior-wise. Loves to argue. And! Loves to get people riled up with “jokes”. Crap starter.
Bear’s son. Looks just like Ralph. Echoes of the same person behavior-wise. Loves to argue. And! Loves to get people riled up with “jokes”. Crap starter.
Ralph’s girlfriend. Two brain cells and they’re fighting one another. Flirts with every single guy at the party. Seemingly pregamed for a family Christmas party. Outgoing and bubbly.
Junior’s FRIEND. She friend-zoned him. Makes it clear any chance she gets. Eclectic. Maybe stoned? Goes toe to toe with the guys in joking around. There’s not a single line she won’t cross. Foul-mouthed and strong-headed. Sure of herself.
Freddy’s older brother. A loser by all means… but a loser we all will love. Druggy and unemployed. Questions every attendees’ motive. A good representation of the outside public looking in on this situation.
Absentminded. Scream queen.
