Japanese Speaking Talent for Educational Video
Seeking Japanese speaking talent for a Japanese Language and Cultural Educational Video. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See more info below. About the project: Casting an exuberant, friendly host for an educational video (~45-60 minutes long) introducing basic Japanese language skills and cultural etiquette for first-time travelers to Japan. The host will guide viewers through practical phrases, social customs, and helpful travel tips in an approachable, enjoyable, and professional manner. Rate: Role paying $650, plus travel stipend. Additional info: The host will be speaking directly to camera and occasionally interacting with visual examples or on-screen graphics that will be added in post. Experience in education, tourism, or on-camera hosting is a plus. Shoots one day in mid-December (exact date flexible, based on talent and location availability). Interested talent is asked to apply for audition sides and self-tape information.

Searching for someone warm, confident, and engaging on camera. Needs to be comfortable delivering scripted material naturally in both languages and able to maintain clear pronunciation and tone while reading from a teleprompter. Professional on-camera demeanor required.
