Background Casting Call for a Short Film "Torn"
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking cast to portray roles in a short film "Torn". More details are below. Rate: Self funded indie. Stipend for gas, food, credit in the finished film, IMDb credit. Additional information: Shoot dates: Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th of September. Location: Banff/Canmore/Kananaskis. Father and Daughter (10-13) - going for a hike (no actual hiking involved). They are arriving back from a hike, putting away their gear and pull out of the car park. Drivers license required for father). Filming in Kananaskis area.
Mother and son. The mother is dropping off/picking up her son from a kindergarten classroom. Pregnancy belly can be provided. Filming in Canmore.
A couple at the bar who are really into each other (a real couple preferred). Filming in Banff. Bow Valley locals preferred. Need own transport.
