About the project: “Founding Further: Reclaimed Stories of American Independence” will empower BIPOC, queer, and underrepresented Philly creatives to uncover the largely untold stories of underrepresented historical figures involved in our nation’s founding, then amplify and celebrate those stories throughout their Philadelphia communities. This interactive multimedia storytelling campaign is centered around the goal of exploring a more diverse, inclusive, and accurate narrative of our nation’s founding figures. This documentary will focus on key events that shaped the life of James Forten. Rate: $250 Day Rate Please apply if interested.
