Audition For Singing in "Oklahoma"
Audition for "Oklahoma"! The Musical. Seeking talent. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Please prepare 16 to 32 bars of a song in the style of musical theater. An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music that includes both piano and vocal lines- mark any cuts very clearly in the music. Please avoid "easy piano" arrangements and no "lead sheets." A Capella singing or tracks will absolutely not be permitted. In addition to singing, cold readings will be taken from the script. Please dress comfortably- there will be a short dance audition. If needed, callbacks will be held on Monday, May 5 at 6 PM at The Brennan Loft. Please bring a list of any conflicts from -May 6- July 5, 2025 All cast members must have clear schedules and be present for all rehearsals from July 6-17. If interested, please apply.
