(HIPPOLYTA who in some production also plays TITANIA) very confident beautiful young British Monarch who at this point in her life still relies on her husband and mother for guidance. She truly loves her sister Margret but the Crown always will come first.

SHORT or at least shorter than Helena Kent. Turns heads when she walks in the room. Sister to Queen Elizabeth who she loves dearly but as true family do, arguments break out. She’s VERY strong personality and a Royal with a mind of her own. Monarchy is a definite second, even if she were queen. An idealist. Loves a gathering. Wants to change the world as quickly as she can.

(THESEUS who in some productions also plays OBERON) very handsome but very old school. Mister old world boys club himself. If you look him up in the dictionary, pompous is often associated with his name. He is a strong conservative who believes in the Monarchy and the separation of the economic levels.

A well put together Mother of the Queen who not only feels that she has put in her time, but that she demands respect and loyalty. Decorum at all times except when with closest family. Don’t make her mad.; She doesn’t forgive and she doesn’t forget.

30, rugged military man who was a flying ace honored WWII hero receiving both the Distinguished Flying Cross and Distinguished Service Order. He is entirely devoted to Princess Margaret. Sadly, neither of which moved the Monarchy to allow him to marry Margaret because his xwife was yet living A big NO-No in 1950’s Britain.

30. Handsome and Charming. He was born into a noble family and has no idea how the world really works He knows he has money and does what he wants. Until he goes to far one drunken night when he charms a daughter of a high ranking Lord, Helena.

Private secretary to the Queen. Extremely loyal. There is a place for everything and everything has its place. Don’t get out of line.

The Right and Noble 12th Earle of Carlisle. Very well liked and respected Nobleman. Controls the uppermost crust Supper Club in London. No commoners allowed...ever! He basically runs the social circuit and therefore has clout. If you want something done that requires a delicate touch, he’s your man. The go it and make it happen guy.

TALL Daughter of the long deceased Duke of Kent. His fortune passed directly to her, as his eldest daughter.. He had not male heir. She is devoted to Antony.

The most seasoned actor of the group and has no problems letting. Braggart, and bold. Brassy. Has songs with Titania.

The OG type A personality. Knows “the show with in the show” play forward and backward. Gets upset when actors are out of line or not focusing.

In charge of set but also an actor. Follow the rules at all time. Dry sense of humor.

A kind and loving person yet simple and timid. Plays the lion in play.

Youngest member of the group. Needs to look under 18 and can produce a squeaky falsetto.

Runs backstage but ends up on stage. Think “dad jokes”.

Queen of the Fairies and all Fairyland and estranged wife to Oberon. The two almost never encounter each other anymore. What finally brings them in the same area is a fight over who has rights over a boy fathered by an elf but born to a fairy.

Most wise and experienced fairy. Companion to the Titania. Often plays off Puck.
